Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During holidays, shows, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or packaged in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
